- Optimized rear carding structure design enlarges the effective carding area by more than 10% compared to ordinary cards
- No need for re-piecing after a machine stop
- Cylinder, doffer and machine frames are made in steel structure. Several steps of heat treatment ensure good stability and high precision (cylinder and doffer cylinder roundness error is less than 0.01mm)
- The licker-in waste suction can be adjusted to meet different requirements of raw material
- The whole auto-levelling system with 4 auto levellers to ensure stable sliver quality and evenness
- The flat end is made out of wear-resist alloy steel and driven by a synchronous belt
- Flat speed inverter control
- Aluminum duplex stationary flats, with four segments in the front, and 10 segments in the rear ensure good
